DDG’s bluestone-clad building at 12 Warren Street in Tribeca is coming along, with sales officially launching for the condos today. Only three of the apartments are currently on the market — they’re all full-floor units, with the cheapest being a penthouse available for $5.7 million — but the building is expected to be completed sometime this year, with move-ins happening soon thereafter. As is the case with many newer developments, the units are split between half- and full-floor condos, along with luxury townhouses.
