One of Tribeca’s most sculptural and avant-garde buildings to date, 12 Warren, just unveiled its last remaining townhouse. The DDG-designed, developed, built and managed residential development with only 13 units, 12 Warren has a distinctively rugged bluestone facade quarried in the Catskills.

The architecturally-driven Townhouse South is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-powder room triplex residence featuring a striking sculptural staircase partially finished in board-formed concrete and ceilings with heights up to 22 feet.

Furnished and accessorized by the acclaimed Damon Liss Design, Townhouse South has been outfitted with a curated installation of furnishings and accessories that artistically play with different decades.

The triplex includes timeless handmade pieces by the luxury, timeless American furniture company BDDW, alongside an eclectic array of vintage items by esteemed artisans such as Sergio Rodrigues, Giuseppe Scapinelli and Martin Eisler.

The residence also features a number of special architectural details including board-formed concrete ceilings, bluestone accents connecting back to the building’s facade and deep planter boxes with lush greenery.

Building amenities include a full-time doorman, fitness center, private storage for purchase and DDG concierge services.

The DDG concierge service assists residents 24/7, managing everything from holiday package delivery to assisting in-residence parties. DDG concierge has an exclusive relationship with Star Jets International, which provides residents with custom-tailored concierge jet services. If a resident wants to rent a private jet, the concierge arranges all facets of the trip, from the type of jet needed and trip itinerary, to catering, car services and hotel accommodations.
